Production Coordinator
We’re hiring a Production Coordinator to join our team, helping with the day-to-day operations of the office and supporting the production of our growing slate of shows and brand partnerships.
This role is central to keeping productions running smoothly behind the scenes, managing logistics, coordinating resources and supporting production teams from pre-production through delivery.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Production Coordination
Support producers and production teams in planning and delivering shoots across our shows.
Book and coordinate transport, accommodation, studios and locations for productions.
Prepare and distribute call sheets and production schedules.
Assist with organising props, equipment and shoot logistics.
Provide general production support across shoots and projects as required.
Finance & Administration
Process production invoices and expenses.
Support payment setup and track costs.
Carry out bank reconciliations, ensuring accuracy across accounts and flagging any discrepancies.
Manage and maintain the finance inbox, ensuring invoices and queries are handled efficiently.
Work with the finance team to ensure accurate records and timely processing.
Office & Equipment Management
Help ensure the office and production space remain organised and functional.
Manage the check-in and check-out of production equipment.
Track equipment availability and ensure gear is returned, stored and maintained correctly.
Support general operational needs within the production team.
ABOUT YOU
1–3 years of experience in a production coordinator, production assistant or similar role.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Excel proficiency.
Comfortable managing multiple tasks, logistics, changing priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
Confident handling administration, invoices and production paperwork.
Strong communication skills and comfortable working across teams.
Proactive, reliable and able to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable
Experience working in TV, digital media or YouTube production.
Experience supporting location shoots or complex productions.
PACKAGE & BENEFITS
This role will support production teams across our shows, working closely with producers, editors and commercial teams.
This role is based in Manchester and travel will be required from time-to-time.
The salary for the role is £26,000 – £29,000 dependent on experience. You will also get –
