Graphic Designer/Creative Designer (Commercial & Social)
We’re hiring a Graphic Designer/Creative Designer (Commercial & Social) to join our creative team, working across commercial and editorial projects for our growing slate of shows and brand partnerships. You’ll be creating eye-catching visuals that bring campaigns to life across YouTube, social platforms and commercial decks.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Design & Creative Delivery
Create engaging YouTube thumbnails that align with show branding and drive audience engagement.
Design graphics for social media platforms, including static posts, stories and campaign assets.
Produce commercial decks and presentation materials for brand pitches and partnerships.
Adapt and resize creative assets for multiple platforms while maintaining brand consistency.
Cross-Team Collaboration
Work closely with the commercial team to support branded campaigns and sales materials.
Collaborate with editorial and production teams to ensure creative aligns with content and tone.
Respond to briefs, feedback and revisions efficiently to meet tight deadlines.
Brand & Asset Management
Maintain visual consistency across shows, campaigns and platforms.
Organise and manage design files, templates and shared assets.
Support the development and evolution of show and company branding as needed.
ABOUT YOU
1-3 years of experience in a junior graphic design role or similar.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Canva.
Brings original ideas to the table and continuously improves existing designs.
Excellent knowledge of social media, especially YouTube, and an understanding of how design can support and grow these pages.
A solid eye for layout, typography and visual storytelling.
Comfortable working on multiple projects at once in a fast-paced creative environment.
Good communication skills and a collaborative, can-do attitude.
Desirable
Previous experience in a creative or media agency environment.
Proficient in After Effects
PACKAGE & BENEFITS
This role can be based anywhere in the UK, however, travel to the Crowd offices in Manchester will be required from time-to-time.
The salary for the role is £27,000 - £32,000 dependent on experience. You will also get -
