Account Manager
We’re hiring an Account Manager to join our commercial team to run brand campaigns across our entire suite of shows. You’ll be the day-to-day contact for brand partners, coordinating with producers and show teams to deliver branded content and ad campaigns that land with listeners and drive results.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Client & Project Management
- Be the primary day-to-day contact for clients, ensuring excellent service and clear communication.
- Manage relationships between clients, producers and show teams to deliver branded content and advertising assets on time.
- Track project workflows, deadlines, budgets and approvals across multiple campaigns.
- Support invoicing, budget tracking and campaign reconciliation.
Campaign Reporting & Insights
- Lead campaign reporting, analysing impressions, engagement and other performance metrics.
- Work with commercial and production teams to surface insights and improve future campaigns.
- Present results and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
Cross-Team Collaboration & Growth
- Collaborate closely with production, editorial, creative and design teams to ensure flawless delivery.
- Assist in campaign debriefs and propose strategic improvements.
- Identify and help grow opportunities within existing accounts.
ABOUT YOU
- 3-5 years of experience in account management or project delivery, ideally in media, branded content or a creative agency.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with digital, social or audio campaigns and an understanding of performance metrics.
- Proactive, solutions-focused and comfortable working in a fast-paced creative environment.
Desirable: previous experience with podcast advertising platforms (e.g., Acast, Megaphone), sports club/governing body or a media organisation.
PACKAGE & BENEFITS
Account managers report to the Commercial Director and will work alongside production teams on a range of shows.
This role can be based anywhere in the UK, however, travel to the Crowd offices in Manchester will be required from time-to-time as will on-location shooting.
The salary for the role is £30,000 - £35,000 dependent on experience. You will also get -
